An enthusiastic qualitative researcher originally from Nepal and completed her PhD from Brunel University London. Her area of research interest is policy and practice, higher education, immigration, internationalisation and globalisation of education.
Sushma began her career as a lecturer in one of the prestigious colleges back home in Nepal. After which she moved to UK and has vast experiences working in the Further Education sectors and colleges in London. Currently, she is associated with one of the FE colleges based in south- east London.
