We are very sad to learn that CNSUK Advisor Emeritus Professor Peter Jarvis, University of Surrey, passed away on 20th November 2018, at the age of 81.
Professor Jarvis supported CNSUK since its inception. We at CNSUK are very much grateful for his advices and supports during last 12 years. A supervisor of our colleague Dr. Chandra Laksamba’s PhD project on lifelong learning in Nepal, Prof. Jarvis had a keen interest in Nepal, particularly on its educational pathways and development.
We are deeply at loss by his passing away, and would like to extend our sincere sympathy.
